These are a selection of On Location images taken on Saturday 24th January 2010. We decided to take shots of us filming just so we had a lasting memory of it.At first we were a bit disappointed with the weather because we really wanted it to be a clear sunny day in order to get the best lighting in each of our shots but in the long run the weather was only a small factor We began filming at 10.30am in Laura's house as a group we all decided to get to Laura's house half hour before just so we could set everything up and not to feel rushed. We decided to film in a methodical order because otherwise it could all go head over heels. When filming in Laura's house we tried our best to stick to the storyboard just so we knew exactly what we were doing, this system worked very well because as a group it helped us see our opening sequence come together shot by shot which for me was a really exciting factor. We began filming in Jack's house at around 1.00 Jacks shots we're considerably easy too shoot because according to the story board there weren't as many shots of Jack getting ready than there were of Laura so this gave us opportunities to re-shoot and experiment with various shot types.
One of the hardest elements of filming was when we were walking whilst filming because we didn't want the shots to become out of focus or too look rushed and when we looked at the filmed footage we didn't feel this came across and we felt we had some steady shots and if the shots were abit bumpy it worked in context with characters walking.
